Shipping & Returns

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days from the date your order was received for processing and shipping. We ship using address provided at checkout, please verify all shipping information prior to submitting your order.
Domestic Orders ship via USPS for a $5 flat rate.
International Orders ship via USPS and DHL for a calculated rate based on total weight of order and applicable shipping zone.
Pre-order items are processed immediately after delivery from manufacturer. Please note ETA. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship.(see FAQs page for more about pre-orders)

Our policy considers your item a final sale on the third day following your delivery date. 
Please contact us at within two days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
***We DO NOT offer refunds but we will issue a store credit ONLY. (NO EXCEPTIONS)***
***Your store credit comes in the form of a discount code that cannot be combined with another discount code. Only one discount at a time will be valid.***
Your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Your return must be post marked no more than 5 days after your order was delivered to you, in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
***Store Credit- shipping charges will be deducted from your refund***

Special Orders are products that are outside of our regular inventory that we are able to order for our customers.

Please NOTE: these orders have a zero refund and return policy.

Special Orders are ONLY eligible for an exchange for the SAME item but in a different SIZE!

You may not cancel a special order that has already shipped or delivered.
